About NEWVIEW SCHOOL 2024

NEWVIEW SCHOOL is an innovative school where students learn XR as a comprehensive art form known as “experience design.” The 6th cohort will explore new expressions in spatial computing using the Apple Vision Pro, emphasizing the essential mindset for XR creation – considering the “why” behind using VR/AR rather than just the technology itself.

Launched in 2019, NEWVIEW SCHOOL has expanded beyond Japan to Taipei, London, New York, and Toronto. The school combines fundamental technical skills in XR with a deep understanding of the medium and its creative potential. This year, in response to the global interest in “spatial computing” with the release of Apple Vision Pro, NEWVIEW SCHOOL aims to cultivate new forms of expression and design unprecedented experiences, sowing the seeds of future creativity worldwide.

Celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2020, DOMMUNE evolved into its next phase, “SUPER DOMMUNE,” incorporating the latest Web 3.0 technologies while looking towards the future.
