STYLY has announced the general release of its Location Alignment Feature, including the previously paid-only Immersal, on its spatial computing platform “STYLY.” With this update, free users can now easily utilize the Location Alignment Feature for content distribution and pre-event testing. Additionally, the UI for the template selection page has been revamped to enhance usability, making it even easier for businesses and creators to distribute digital content in urban spaces.

*Commercial use of the Location Alignment Feature is not permitted. When using the Location Alignment Feature with a free account, a splash screen and a watermark text “Personal-use only” will appear during startup.
◆Immersal
Immersal is a technology that allows users to map the space they are located in through their smartphones, using image recognition technology to tag the actual GPS location and image orientation. With Immersal, it is possible to display content in outdoor and indoor environments, on objects, walls, and other specific locations without the need for QR markers that were traditionally required for AR/MR content display.
◆Urban XR Templates
Urban XR Templates enable the distribution of XR content in sync with real urban spaces. In addition to the currently available templates for Tokyo Shibuya, Osaka Dotonbori, Osaka Shibata 2-chome, Nagoya, Sapporo, Fukuoka, Kyoto, Niigata Furumachi, and Niigata Bandaijima, we have now released a new template for the Shinjuku West Exit area. Furthermore, we have removed the previously fixed advertisements, allowing for more flexible expressions.
We will soon be making location markers available to the public. Additionally, to make the platform more user-friendly for creators and businesses, we will be revising the pricing for paid accounts on Saturday, August 3rd.
*Note: From today until August 3rd, the purchase of Pro accounts will be restricted. Pro Unlimited accounts remain available for purchase, but we recommend purchasing them after August 3rd.
Please stay tuned for further details.
For instructions on how to use various features, please refer to the STYLY learning materials.
STYLY will continue to strive to ensure that all creators can enjoy spatial expression more freely.
