Tokyo, Japan – [October 22nd, 2024] – STYLY, Inc., provider of the STYLY spatial layer platform, will offer a futuristic VR experience to passengers aboard THE MOON CRUISE, an immersive space travel exhibit at Tokyo Dome City’s new Space Travelium TeNQ. THE MOON CRUISE is scheduled to launch on Friday, November 22nd, 2024. Tickets go on sale October 22nd.
To date, STYLY has developed urban XR and spatial computing projects in collaboration with various creators and businesses in real-world, urban spaces and commercial facilities. In addition to AR experiences via smartphones, STYLY is now promoting a new form of entertainment by providing rich, immersive experiences, like THE MOON CRUISE, using head-mounted displays. This approach expands physical spaces into an interactive media environment. THE MOON CRUISE offers visitors an unforgettable, immersive journey into space aboard a rocket ship. From their rocket, they can view Earth and the beautiful expanse of space as they journey to the Moon. Upon arrival, they can enjoy the lunar environment by walking on the moon and taking photos, which they can download as souvenirs. Visitors will be guided on their journey by the deep voice of “Butler,” played by popular voice actor Yūichirō Umehara.
Space Travelium TeNQ
The MOON CRUISE is scheduled to launch at the Space Travelium TeNQ, located at 1-3-61 Koraku, Bunkyo, Tokyo, 6th Floor, Yellow Building, Tokyo Dome City. Opening day is Friday November 22nd, 2024. Tickets go on sale Tuesday October 22nd and will be available online from the official Space Travelium TeNQ website, via Seven Ticket, and e-Ticket. Tickets are also available at the TeNQ counter.
